Eccentra Labs designs and operates its platforms with security, privacy and regulatory accountability built into the delivery model. Production customer data is hosted in the Amazon Web Services Europe (London) Region under Eccentra Labs-controlled AWS accounts and environments.
Software Lighthouse provides contracted development and technical-delivery services only within approved development environments and documented instructions. Personnel located in Bangladesh are not permitted to access, receive, store, download or otherwise process production customer personal data.
Development, testing, demonstrations and routine debugging use synthetic, anonymised or appropriately de-identified data rather than production customer personal data. Production access is limited to specifically authorised personnel using least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication, controlled credentials and auditable access procedures.
Eccentra Labs retains governance over production infrastructure, deployment approval, identity and access controls, logging, monitoring and security requirements.
